Cindy Brady
Math & Educational Specialist

Cindy is a Mathematics Specialist and Educator with extensive experience supporting students from kindergarten through adult education. She helps students build confidence, develop a conceptual understanding of mathematics, and become flexible and independent problem-solvers by tailoring instruction to individual needs, strengths, and goals.
Her approach is student-centered and hands-on. She believes students learn mathematics best when they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, taking risks, and connecting mathematical ideas to the world around them. She uses assessment and observation to identify each student’s strengths and areas for growth, then designs engaging instruction that builds both mathematical skills and confidence.
Cindy holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Mathematics Specialist from George Mason University. She also holds California and Virginia mathematics teaching credentials, a K–8 Mathematics Specialist endorsement, and a Montessori teaching credential.
She is passionate about helping students discover that they are capable mathematicians and that mathematics can be meaningful, accessible, and fun.
