Jennifer McInerney is an experienced educational consultant and academic coach who has dedicated her career to helping students thrive. With a background as a classroom teacher, department chair, academic counselor, and school leader and independent consultant she has developed a deep understanding of how to support learners of all ages.

 

Jennifer co-founded a public charter school in the Bay Area, where she helped design rigorous, student-centered programs that fostered both academic achievement and personal growth.

Today, Jennifer partners with students and families to provide personalized educational guidance, whether through executive function coaching, academic planning, or navigating the path to high school and college. She believes in building confidence through competence and is passionate about creating learning experiences that honor each student’s strengths, needs, and potential.
