​Susan Ardila brings over a decade of expertise as a dynamic educational clinician, specializing in working with neurodivergent learners and students with diverse academic needs. As a certified teacher with a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction (Math Education K-12), Susan is passionate about making learning both accessible and engaging for students of all backgrounds.

With specialized training in multisensory math instruction under the renowned Marilyn Zecher, Susan has a deep understanding of how to address math challenges like dyscalculia, helping students overcome obstacles and build confidence in their abilities. She is equally skilled in executive functioning coaching, where she supports students in developing key skills such as organization, time management, and task initiation—critical for success both inside and outside the classroom.

Susan’s personalized, one-on-one approach has made her a trusted guide for students with ADHD and other learning differences, allowing them to unlock their potential in ways that traditional instruction might miss.
